Terms and Conditions

1. Lesson Booking

Lesson requests are subject to instructor and schedule availability. Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed and confirmation is sent.

2. Deposits and Payments

A booking deposit is charged at checkout. Current default rate is £5.00 per booked hour.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellation

• Contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
• Late cancellations or unattended bookings may result in deposit retention.
• Refund decisions are based on timing, notice, and booking status.

4. Punctuality and Attendance

Please be ready at your agreed pickup point and time. If you are significantly late or unavailable, the session may be marked unattended.

5. Safety and Conduct

Students must hold valid entitlement for lessons (for example a provisional licence) and follow instructor safety guidance at all times.
